"Last night we were in company of family we haven't been seen for a while, six in total. My wife asked in her best English if there was a table for 6. And we were ignored the first time. The second attempt I went with my wife and we were told there was a table at the far back and to take it or leave. Than when our drinks were served the were just placed in front of my mum in law and we were left to serve our own. When our pizzas arrived, 3 large pizzas 40 cm in diameter, the were served on huge plates that didn't fit the table. The were almost put on each other if we hadn't said anything. Our pltes were t small for the slices, cause of the ray of the pizzas. There was only one stafmember who tried to serve u properly all other staf refused to speak any other language than German. What did we wrong? We ate and went after paying, but without any tips. Conclusion a total fail of hospitality! Just Rude!"

the restaurant L’Osteria (Italian cuisine) is located in the main entrance after the Holstentor portal in lübeck (Germany) and is a good opportunity to eat Italian food (pizza, pasta, suppe, salad) and beautiful beer and various drinks! Voir le carte

If you really love pizza- stay away! The One they serve is topped with cheap cheese, tasteless dough and tastes like something you buy frozen. Why they make them so big is hard to understand- twice the size of their plate. If only they were worth bringing home.. The staff were pleasant though, and quick to serve.

I was in this l’osteria for the first time. zaneta was my person for this evening and she was very friendly and had a smile on her face. she was very patient with me, even if the restaurant was full. I sat at the window and saw the sunset while I had my delicious pizza eating the pizza. I had beer to drink. so everything was in order.

definitely recommend this restaurant! we arrived at 10:15 a.m. and while most other restaurants told us that their kitchen is closed in l’osteria, they treated us without a hurry and very welcoming. we ordered two sea pizza, a garnel and a tuna. both were amazing! very large for such a good price and very tasty! we're just going through town, or we'd have come back. I’ve been to many L’osteria’s and I like their pizzas a lot but this one was overcrowded or understaffed because we waited for more than an hour to get our pizza on a Wednesday evening. Also, when we get wrong sized drinks, we had to pay for the bigger size and the waiter offered us an espresso to make it up. Just one of four of us got the espresso and the rest just watched weird experience.

It was the first time in the L`Osteria. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good. The staff was sometimes very unfriendly tonight. At dinner I found a dead fly between plate and pizza. I told you. There was a new pizza but no word of apology. The pizza baker left stupid sayings from the pile. My friend had ordered a pizza and a salad. The pizza did not come the salad until the end. I don't know, I didn't really like it.

"short review: tasty, but small pizza, friendly service – and yet the evening did not run round! 3 stars with a lot of potential. it is Friday evening, best meal shortly after 19.30 clock, when we are in the la casa, an Italian restaurant in an old villa. sitting on only one of the 8 tables and as no service is to be seen, we sit on a table for two people and wait. and wait. time for a look in detail: slobby lighting, terracotta-colored walls, matching table runners, small tealights with flickering light on the tables, paintings (landscapes, still life, flowers near the walls, which are provided with price tags and offered for sale. then finally a very nice service appears that menus that have a lot to offer: antipasti, fish and meat, pizza and pasta, salad, desserts. the text is not as good as it can be seen, as first the lighting is weak and secondly the individual pages are stuck in labye clear envelopes, which unfortunately are all but clear. a decision is made quickly. I choose my body and magenta food, vegetarian pizza (9,50 € – here called pizza verdura – and in small pils (0,3 l to 2,70 €) and wait. in the meantime 40 minutes have passed since the pizza order, my dear hangs in the knees, I am impatient, the clock shows 20.30 and we are hungry! the guests who have appeared after us are now almost ready to eat while we are still waiting. how heart lut wants to stand up after need, the service appears, apologises with many beautiful words, they have overlooked the order form. After another 10 minutes we finally get our food. the pizza is a little small, but it is filled with fresh vegetables (brukkoli, paprika, wobbles, mushrooms, tomato). the floor is rough, there is nothing to complain. Finally we order espresso, very strong, very good at 2,50 € per piece. an eject of the order should certainly not happen, but can happen once. but if such a thing happens, it would be appropriate for me to offer an espresso or a grappa as a small repair, simply as a sign of apology, good will and generousness, especially because it was a time-intensive delay. the pizzas, although small, tasted good, the service was friendly, but that when entering the permanently empty restaurants went well for 5 minutes until an operation appeared on the picture surface, we felt as disturbing as the long wait for eating and then talking kinky. 3 stars, with ach and crow, more did not come together during this visit."
