loved our padthai and escape with sweetness! portion could be a little small if they are really hungry. Otherwise, eating the personal and the ambiente are excellent.

every menu we ordered was so delicious and authentic. especially the Tom-Yum soup was the best we had in the country. also the owner and the staff were so friendly. recommend in any case

I had yellow tofu curry and kokosreis and a vegan pad thai. by far the best Thai food I ever had. came to about £12 and was more than 2 of us could eat for a meal. recommend this takeaway.

takeaway or restaurant in buxton. was thrilled to see many marked vegan options on the menu, but deflated to hear that they were from tofu this day! that was also only a few minutes after the opening time. since most vegan dishes had it in their hearts, this was disappointing. had the green curry and sticky rice that was beautiful.

Website is a waste of time. Says they serve until 10pm, which is totally fictitious. Ring them at 9pm and they tell you kitchen is closed. A Saturday night too. Utterly ridiculous, so don't bother : Actually the whole of Buxton is a waste of time for eating at a reasonable time. Don't bother to look for food after 9pm as noone can be bothered to serve anyone after then. How embarrassing if you are a tourist in this country. Didn't prebook but I'd recommend you do if you want to visit as every table was taken or about to be.. we arrived early on a Friday evening 6pm so grabbed a table before an 8pm booking. Large menu. We shared the Thai fish cakes and chicken Satay. Both were ok. We shared the grilled sirloin steak, chicken Pad Thai, jasmine rice, pork Pad Kra Pao and Lamb massaman. The pork dish didn't have enough chilli heat so I asked for fresh chilli which was quickly brought to the table. The lamb was quite dry as if it had been cooked separately from the sauce. Friendly service, nice food and we ate it all but I have to say it's Thai food tailored for English tastebuds as so many Thai restaurants do.

Starter was ok we had squid overcooked and for main ive always seen the Thai Red curry swimming in sauce but not on this occasion and when I asked the waitress for more she said the chef said No!!!... I was very Dissapointed and the simply Thai in buxton is much better for quality. I cant reply on a separately comment from your reply so I'm sorry but after asking a second waitress about ordering some more red Thai curry sauce as my meal needed a little extra too finish The first waitress then reappeared to just say yea the kitchen said No! We then recieved cold dipping sauces. I understand if you were busy so you can't just magic some sauce but it was a Thursday night and felt very let down...

Unfortunately a strange and not too pleasant eating experience. We picked up a range of dishes as a takeaway, and the staff in both the restaurant and the takeaway shop were lovely. The food however was odd, and not very good. The good points; the sticky rice and coconut rice were good, the tofu was pretty nice. The issues; the ‘dry’ red Thai curry was a tupperware full of a thin watery liquid much thinner than coconut milk, the marinated mixed vegetable skewers were uncooked vegetables with no chargrilling and almost no visible marinade, the stir fried vegetable dish was also very watery with almost raw vegetables.
