One of my favorites in London and now I know why they got great reviewsI came here for lunch because I read some of reviews.

The concept is simple to provide a delicious and authentic, good quality Banh Mi sandwich at great prices and that is just what Kêu! does.

The Classic Sandwich is the bomb diggity. So good that I've already had it twice during my 2 week visit here, and will probably grab another one for my Voir le carte

Been here a couple of times for takeaway (the placr has limited seating), once for the lemongrass chicken curry bowl, and a second for the roast pork belly

I rather liked the modern décor, putting an avant-garde spin on your typical Chinatown restaurant (with it’s rather succulent looking hanging roast meats), and a sandwich shop (with many condiments on display).

this is a rather short and crisp blog post about a lunch I had last week at keu in shoreditch. I went past the restaurant several times and it always looked to be popular. I wasn't exactly sure what they served, except that I had seen something about “Vietnamese Baguettes” that sounded quite incredible! As they might know, I'm a bit of a sandwich-fiend, so it was about time I went in there to see what was going on! Voir le carte

nice banh mi!. although I never traveled to vietnam and the only one I tried before was ghastly I thought I would give this place one away. I wasn't disappointed. I had the classic with a belly, chicken liver pate and a boar. it was dressed with jap mayo, chili sauce, maggi liquid spicy mooli, fresh chili, gurke and fresh coriander. wowzer! it was lush! the baguette had the perfect crust that give a spring light crawls. all in all a great sanger.

I had Keu on my hit list of eateries to try. The cafe was empty late in the evening when I visited, but the pork and meat hanging near the window was enough for me to salivate. A quick glance on the menu board, I knew exactly what I wanted the classic banh mi consisting of Spiced belly of Pork, Ham Terrine and Chicken Liver pate. I also ordered a pot of green tea by tea pigs, it tasted very similar to senhcha which I love when I have sushi but the leafs are mao feng from china.

Keu! I was dragged (willingly) to Keu! when Bootylicious heard about it and what else would we try but their classic bahn mi. Of course, we were greedy and ordered some others to try to. Wrapped duck rolls £4 Red sea prawn salad £4 The duck rolls and prawn salad were satisfying snacks/sides. Classic Banh Mi £4.5 The classic Banh Mi comprises of a baguette with spiced belly of pork, ham terrine and chicken liver pate. Add in some herbs and sliced chilies, cucumber to add a refreshing balance and you are set! The pate was smooth and creamy and each meat portion were beautifully balanced yet definable. The baguette itself though apparently not exactly the same you get from vietnam...read mor... Voir le carte
