"we stayed in this restaurant for the first time and even first time in a michelin star. What do you mean? super satisfied! we expected a special kitchen, but not spicy, which however surprised us in positive! Here, these flavors must be enjoyed, otherwise I don't know if everyone can open their experience. we have chosen the zenith path, the one from course; we enjoyed everything and arrived at the end of the journey satisfied and full. friendly and qualified staff, we also liked the fact that the chef came to the table to chat with us customers! If we were to find defects we would have liked a greater care on the mise en place. to our goto far too simple and without any colored touch or that I know, with flowers. and then, euro of coffee seemed really too much, not justifiable from us. a point in favor goes for the convention with the parking indicated by them, as paid by them. I would recommend it, it's just an experience to do once in a lifetime! an explosion of really good flavors!"

Five carnivores enter a vegetarian restaurant. It sounds like a joke, but it's not. apart from jokes, fantastic experience recommended especially to those who are usually eating meat. all table members are ocitis fully satisfied. Good!

a very welcoming place, kitchen that seeks new flavors, but also traditional ones typical of non-vegan cuisine. price ratio in line with a starry restaurant. I expected coffee to cost less than in proportion to a glass of a good white wine.

If this restaurant has received a michelin star, one reason will be there. Cozy place and staff available, offers a natural culinary route with refined and rich proposals of flavors and research. I was amazed at the amount of atypical ingredients and the mastery of the chef in putting together flavors sometimes very different from each other. Of my particular pleasure it was definitely risotto with green asparagus, really gouty and balanced (I would have eaten it in extra pounds). To try again.

very refined and minimal environment. friendly and attentive staff. I'm not a fan of pre-set menus, but there was no choice. I chose the emphasis menu of nature"from course, I enjoyed only two dishes on six and of nature I felt very little... I did not find particular creativity in combinations, the goits did not seem to be balanced risotto was the worst dish, indeed, I could have done it at home (and even better). very original the names of the dishes, such creativity should be applied on the ingrendients ... and not only on the titles

"Visited months ago The label of a vegetarian restaurant absolutely does not correspond to what Joia represents in the Italian gastronomic panorama. We are talking about the maximum expression of haute cuisine, overwhelming ideas, bold and unexpected combinations, exceptional raw materials, all served in an exclusive environment suitable for providing customers with a fantastic experience. Chef Leemann showed up in person to take the order and give his suggestions on the sequence of dishes. The service staff has always proven to be very prepared to answer all our questions or curiosities about the dish itself and this knowledge was not only the heritage of the waiter who brought the dish to our table and described it to us, but of all the staff who, even randomly, we stopped to ask for further explanation! The wine list was excellent from which we chose a Barbera d 'Alba by Bartolo Mascarello. But let 's get to the food. As entrees... and calling them entrees is definitely limiting! We were offered 2 wonderful tastings which unfortunately I cannot remember in their composition, but the first was a cream with carrot and rhubarb served in a mini terracotta vase, while the second appeared like a palette of colors where some fantastic raw materials sauces could be combined manually. My lunch then began with the Cantiam la montanara where, under a soft celery foam, there was a composition of green asparagus, spring onion and truffle on chopped borlotti beans. Fantastic dish, sublime with exceptional aromas!. I then continued with The navel of the world , a wonderfully plated dish where two types of rice are used, one as a base made with asparagus and watercress, and in the center a Venere rice cake finished on top with saffron almond cream . Finally I closed the lunch with a selection of 8 cheeses, some of which were truly exceptional, accompanied by jams/honey. Obviously the bill is in line with the proposal and with the experience. I must say that it was truly a pleasure and an honor."
