Jever Fass - Menu

We were there with family. Dishes were excellent, freshly prepared. Steaks good. Fish good. Schnitzel good. Friendly and quick service. Nice location. Can recommend.

the first thing to feel when entering the restaurant is the cozy atmosphere. the menu is good with various appetizers, main dishes and desserts. the waiter speak no English, only a few words and the menu is not in English, only in German. the waiter.

we ordered a standar carving and got scavenging with perfectly prepared fresh mushrooms and actually something too much to eat. we don't like years ago. we missed that dessert because we exaggerated the main dish and finished with coffee and weinbrand. .

Eine zufällige Begegnung mit einem einheimischen Pärchen hat uns den Tipp gegeben, im Fass zu speisen. Der Service war bestens, das Essen - schwedische Matjes und Scholle mit Bratkartoffeln - war gut, der Kaffee sehr lecker und nett gesessen haben wir auch. Leider kein WLAN.

Dieses, mit der Zeit gehende, Restaurant ist mir seit einigen Jahrzehnten gut bekannt. Noch nie bin ich enttäuscht worden. Das Essen ist üppig, schmackhaft und für das Auge gut zurechtgemacht. Das Fleisch ist zart, der Rotkohl hebt sich geschmacklich deutlich von anderen Mitbewerbern ab. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und angenehm. Eine glücklicherweise kleine Karte bietet interessante Gerichte für jeden Geschmack.

The food is good and delicious and you do get enough.... There is a relaxed, nice atmosphere in the restaurant and I truly like to sit and enjoy my dinner in this restaurant in the heasrth of Jever!
