Got my food 1 and half hours late. Staff weren't much help and didn't give me any idea of how long it would be. Kept on taking orders even when they where 25 behind. Service should be better. Won't be going again. Ruined my night.

Walked out tonight as even on arrival sullen and rude staff ! then after us having to insist that they do a Pre theatre 4-6 , although there at 5.25 told ‘.. hmmm well last orders...Absolutely dreadful attitude , Have been many times, but will never be back ..

Just had a carry out and it was disgusting. Couldn’t eat it. The chicken from my sweet and sour was tasteless with the batter incredibly thick and the rice was stodgy. I’ve been using this restaurant for several years but I’m really disappointed this time. Not up to the usual standard. Voir le carte

Order took over 90 mins to arrive, tried to call, had to leave messages which went unanswered as all calls went straight to voicemail. The beef and blackbean although nice enough had two lumps of onion the size of my thumb in it. Also ordered vegetable spring rolls, £5.50 for two which were very small and both tasted and looked as if they had come from the freezer. The delivery driver also seemed aggrieved at having to be here. I'll be leaving a similar review on Just Eat in the hope that others can avoid the regrettable experience of ordering from Jasmine One.

We were served fairly quickly and the food arrived quickly and was hot. My wife's chicken and pineapple dish was bland and the limited amount of chicken was pure white and was obviously steamed. It was in both spellings of the word, Fowl. My duck soo chow style was a fairly generous portion but the duck itself was obviously an endangered species as it was overtaken in quantity by the chewy pork accompanied with more fowl and 2 or 3 prawns. The lady owner forgot to go to charm school although the rest of the ladies were at least pleasant. All in all very expensive meal put together badly using cheap ingredients. We will not be back.

This is a revue of two tales. First visit here after a trip to Rouken Glen. First tale is the good news The food is excellent starters and mains were all tasty and of high quality. 2nd tale is the bad news. I waited 40 mins from time of ordering for a simple Sweet Sour Chicken which must be one of their most popular dishes. We were seated on arrival facing the kitchen service area. Very noisy with chattering staff toing and froing. We asked for a table change but were told all unoccupied tables were reserved for booked customers. 90 mins later, when i finally had recd my main dish and we were finished, no one had yet occupied any vacant tables. It was still early evening.Lack of flexibility... Voir le carte
