"We waited for our food for over 2 hours (despite calling the restaurant twice with no direct updates) and when the food arrived we were missing the coleslaws and salads, which we part of the meal deal. The plantain was also substituted with fried dumpling. The lateness was really disappointing as we had our dinner at 10.30pm. The food was tasty but would have been better with the vegetable sides."

I ordered Jamrocks to a local caravan park whilst on holiday with my family. The food was phenomenal we all enjoyed it, authentic and tasty. We would definitely travel back from Surrey just for this food. Fantastic customer service.

food was luke cold to warm. the pork was tough and very fatty more than expected . the peppered steak was all chopped up expected a whole steak and in the same type gravy as the pork . the lettuce, red cabbage and carrots No cucumber or tomatos On the whole disappointed.

2hrs later than the latest time quoted, chased and phoned, but didn 't get an update (only an on its way each time) 3hrs to deliver food from somewhere that 's a 20 min drive away shocking. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is the 3rd time its been like this
