This used to be my go-to Chinese takeout spot, but not anymore. I'm not sure what has happened, but the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The chips were dry and tasted like cardboard, and the prawn crackers had no taste of prawn at all.

Title says it all, even nicer now on rainy days when I’m not waiting around in the shop, young delivery girl is always smiling and so polite when she arrives at the door which the kids love. Our go to Sunday treat dinner these days. Favourite dish salt and pepper chicken lovely!

This is the best Duck Bamboo Shoots and Water Chestnuts dish I have ever had. I always order it when I eat Chinese food. Even though it's not on the menu, I don't understand why not when Chicken, Prawn, and Beef dishes are. The restaurant agreed to make it for me and it was absolutely delicious. Voir le carte

I am extremely disappointed by the rude behavior I experienced when I tried to make a complaint over the phone. I placed an order but not all items were delivered. When I called to report this, I was told that it was my fault because the person I spoke to had read the order back to me. If this was true, then I must have been overcharged based on their current prices. This is the third time that I have not received my full order (not due to any fault of mine), and I find this level of service to be appalling.

Excellent. Ordered a meal for all of the family. I explained that I don't finish work until 8 so please can I have it about that time. They said that it wasn't a problem. I got home from work on a Saturday evening and a few minutes later my tea arrived. Heaven. Everything I ordered was there. It didn't need heating up and it tasted great. If I'm ever in the waterside and anyone asks me if there's a good Chinese around I just point out the window at jades. It's not rocket science on a Saturday night look at the queue coming out of the place. John.

Jades was always my 'go to Chinese ' and I 've given them some great reviews but this is the second takeaway meal that was very disappointing. Hubby had special chow mien and I had the chicken chow mien plus chips. The chicken was so bland you could have told me it was beef, pork or any meat, it was so tasteless only the colour told me it was chicken. There was no flavour in the sauce, it could have been watery gravy but can 't say for sure. I did phone to let them know so hopefully they will do something about. I won 't know as I won 't be ordering from them again. Voir le carte
