"We had no idea this would turn out to be such a nice surprise. We chose it because it was open on Monday night but it was one of the best meals we had in Parma. From the beginning they were all friendly and professional. High quality ingredients and very good preparation. The tortelli stuffed with zuca (pumpkin) was the best we have ever had and every restaurant makes it, but this was special. Fantastic wine list with wines from all over Italy at fair prices. We over indulged with no regrets."

We had a good lunch today in Il Trovatore. The food was excellent and the service. You are very close to the Centro and a short walk to the Cathedral and the National Gallery. We look forward to the next time we're in Parma. Voir le carte
