Good but not exceptional dinner, the delicious appetizer and good roasts. Overall we are quite satisfied.

Nice and cosy place, rustic but pleasant. I recommend the menu 'arrosticini no stop ' including appetizer and contours to 18€. Tasty appetizer of bruschetta, fried pizzas with different seasonings and some vegetables. Also good contours of beans and vegetables. Excellent roasting, well cooked and juicy... sin for one of the last courses where they were much more cooked and hard. All in all fantastic lunch, to make sure... Friendly and helpful owner, very nice waiter. Bravo!

Randomly found in the village of Tivoli, he intrigued me for his 'family' appearance in fact is managed by a very good chef and his mother. The cuisine is excellent, genuine flavors and especially 'made in the house ', from fresh pasta to appetizers, from roasts to hug you can really taste the typical dishes of the Roman province, matching portions. Excellent service, always attentive and courteous waiters made us feel at ease devoting always attention. The prices in the average, definitely right but the service and quality definitely high level. So much is that we also returned the next day.

We had dinner c/o the Borghetto one evening of September during a short holiday in Tivoli, choosing it among the various possibilities of the historical center also because ' proposed 'arrosticini non stop '. We were very pleased with the choice. Before the roasts we ate an appetizer (discreet) and a first plate of handmade ravioli really good. Congratulations to those who prepare fresh homemade pasta !!! Roasters were very good, cooked according to our demands (well cooked). To note the kindness of the waiter, Alessio, very helpful and ready to suggestions in case of uncertainty in the choice.
