"Arrived without a reservation around 7:45 and were kindly seated in the picturesque outside seating area. Let’s get real here: the food is stunning. I’m an eater, I’m a beefy boy and I like to eat. Starting with the burrata with black truffle— tasty and fresh, served with complimentary breads. Penne fiorentina—excellent, followed by the black truffle pasta— you can smell the freshness of that truffle before you even eat it. Of course I went for the florentine style steak, served sizzling on a hot plate, well seasoned and garnished. Girlfriend had the cod, I tried some and can confirm: light, well seasoned, crispy batter but light and flaky fish. The walnut sauce accompaniment… ooo yes. Alongside all of this, a classic Tuscan chianti red wine thats is light and tasty with notes of cherry. Definitely a great accompaniment to the steak. And also the tiramisu and panna cotta were top notch, certainly freshly made and not bought in. You can diet and train when you’re home, just order everything here because it’s all so great. The service was genuine and kind, would wholly recommend. On another note, others were waiting outside a while after we arrived (I’m not sure whether they had reserved or not. it is an amazing experience. the food was tasty .. the manager paulla she is so friendly and her hospitality was amazing, so in future, when I return to florenz absolutely I will visit her again

Nous sommes tombé sur ce petit restaurant un peu au hasard en déambulant dans les rue de la ville. Le cadre typique et les plats sortant de la cuisine nous ont convaincu de demander une table . Une fois assis, on en a eu plein les papilles ! Ma meilleur expérience a Florence jusqu'à présent! Vous ne regretterez pas l'ossobuco

the sweetest place of the city for everyone. the man and woman team that runs the restaurant strives hard to ensure that customers are looked after and visited: the service is full of love and eating is served. from pastas to fish. we started with three pastas; truffle pastea, lobster and the Tuscan meat pastea (delicious bolognaise style) that were all tasteful. for each pallet there was a plate. for the main course we enjoyed two fish of the day, one in the often cooked seabarsch with kartoffeln and tomaten. it was the perfect restaurant for the most perfect first night in florenz. Many thanks to massimo and family we will be back!
