"in the heart of catania is located one of the best restaurants in the city. every time I come to this city I give myself a dinner in this restaurant that can merge tradition, experience, competence and professionalism in one name: fusari vito, owner and great estimator of the best Sicilian cuisine. in this restaurant, they can welcome you, advise you and spoil you in a thousand treats. the kitchen ranges between raw and always fresh fish chosen and selected carefully every day; a multitude of rich appetizers and various entertain the most refined palates while waiting to be pleasantly lost among the goodness of the first and second dishes. the appetizers see the fries of calamaretti, of anchovies and trigliettes, meatballs of newborn, caponatina, anchovies marinated in bittersweet, panle, octopus and potatoes.... among the first are certainly to try linguine to the seafood with abundant seasoning, risotto of cannolicchi and shrimp, the enveloped to the cream of aubergines flavored fish you can't finish the dinner and you can't leave without having tried one of the many desserts that the kitchen proposes.
