"on Thursday evening are three friends of me and I, in the lobster and oyster. the birthday party was one of my friends. we arrived and were welcomed and placed very cordially. since I did not know the restaurant, I completely read the recommendation of the herrn ober singing man, who recommended me the court '' lobster à la plancha ''. I was not disappointed, I had never eaten such a good lobster dish in zürich. it was a bit expensive but good quality has its price. to the lobster plancha I enjoyed a beautiful glass red wine, recommended by sommelier herrn oliver knötel. the personal in the lobster and oyster is very warm and at the same time very professional. as a surprise to the conclusion, my friend got another birthday cake from which we could all eat. Finally, I can say that it was a very successful evening and that we like to come back."

Made booked through The Fork via Tripadvisor. Walked an hour plus to get here and told the place was fully booked. No apology we just got shouted at and ignored.

Mr. Ellermann greeted my partner and I upon arrival. His service was impeccable yet friendly. The selection of food was wonderful and the atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant and romantic. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood and appreciates service.

It may not be Michelin-rated but we had a wonderful fine dining experience here. Although known for their lobster (which we get at home) we had local fish and oysters and other regional specialties served by an expert wait staff. Only recommendation would be could they update the background music a bit--Sinatra for 3 hours gets old. Ambience, service, menu, great tasting food--the whole deal. Voir le carte

I was with my friend in the lobster bar today for the year.Because the reception was warm and friendly. we had oysters and lobsters (fresh from the pool)while the restaurant also advertises and the right, the quality was really excellent.The appropriate wee was recommended by herrn knötel, who also looked after us all around well. we felt very comfortable during the stay. the cook personally inquired about the quality of his food. all in all it was a very successful evening and we would like to thank them for that. very happy again and again.

My friend and I came from a long tour, was starving. We can’t find a place to eat for we are tourists and not familiar with the place. We went to Hummer- Austernbar because we saw the lobster. The place is on the higher price...range for a dinner compare to the price range that we usually go to. Either way, We went in without knowing that we need to have a reservation. But they let us in still without a reservation. The ambiance is very nice, the server/Luca was very attentive to our needs. The food is great.
