I had a take=away delivered. there was a tiny fly in my chicken and noodle soup. The main course wasn 't very good . The batter on my crispy lemon chicken was soggy, not crispy and the chicken was quite tough. It was luke warm. I have given three stars for the service because it was delivered quickly by a cheerful man.

Read the reviews here and decided to give the takeaway a go. First ever delivery from here, being new in the area. Whole meal went in the bin. Curry sauce was lumpy and very thik, tasted awful. Chicken curry, chicken was slimy and husband refused to eat it, he's not usually too fussy so says alot about the dish. Personally I won't ve back and would not recommend.

Went here for a takeaway last night and it all went in the bin!!...the chicken curry was that thick u could stand ur spoon in it!!...,the starter was swimming in grease inside a polystyrene dish, and the chips had bits of batter from other food thru them. Called manager who said she would speak to the chef, and gave us a £15 credit even tho we spent nearer £30????.....definitely won’t be back to spend it Voir le carte

Would give minus stars if it would let me!! Thought we'd have Chinese instead of traditional Christmas Dinner this year. Preordered food at quarter past 4 for 7:30pm delivery, phoned at 8pm as still hadn't arrived. Girl said it was with the driver, fine. Phoned again at 8:50 to be told they never actually received our order. Was then asked to contact scoffable for them to resend my order, not a chance with a 4 year old tired and hungry. Will never order from here again, busy or not, I was blatantly lied to being told it was with the driver, then it suddenly disappeared? Absolute joke.

Visiting area and friend recommended this restaurant. Phoned and booked table and 4 of us were not disappointed First class friendly customer service from all staff The buffet was excessive in quantity we TRIED but had to leave some. The chicken and sweetcorn soup was the best I have ever tasted perhaps only a small thing but its these small things that make the difference between acceptable and good. Only suitable for people who appreciate first class food, excellent staff and like minded diners. Thank you to staff AND other customers. Banter with staff AND customers. A Grown up night.

Instead of the traditional Christmas Dinner we thought we would have a take away we'll fist it was late and when opened the box to find curry sauce over everything after cleaning what we could of the containers, we then sorted everyone's meals out and within minutes the majority was thrown back in the box as it was awful the curry tasted of soap, shredded shoe leather o sorry chicken was awful and the aromatic duck was burnt black as for the crispy wun tons well they just took crispy to a whole new level. Would strongly advice folk to avoid this place in all accounts. We would of enjoyed a chopped pork n tomato roll much better. Voir le carte

We ordered 2 x 1/4 duck with pancakes and prawn crackers for delivery, after an hour we received 1 x 1/4 duck with no prawn crackers and no pancakes. I returned the food to the restaurant to be met by the new owner who adamantly stated that she was not yet trading and that the food came from another takeaway! whilst I was in her prep kitchen a chef came out with a bag of food and was promptly sent back to the kitchen by an elderly gentleman who was bagging prawn crackers then amazingly a delivery driver turned up to collect it, yet Anna (owner) was not trading . Never before have I received a takeaway from a Chinese restaurant where the food is delivered in a polystyrene tub. It was so cold...

Went to this so called restaurant on October 2nd, well what can I say 1 the place is dirty 2 tables, plates, glasses, cutlery not washed. Plates had hard food still in them and the drinking glasses had lipstick marks from the last customer that used them. 3 the chicken noodle soup was like hot water from a tap with 2 pieces of rubbery chicken 4 sent the soup back then they brought chicken and sweet pen soup with was like wallpaper paste 5 the plate of shared starters we hard and burnt 6 the duck ur luck if there was enough for 2 pancakes 7 then we waited an hour for the mains, which we took home as I was discussed with the service. 8 the mains when opened at home I would not have given to my...

If I could give this zero stars I would. I’ve been ordering from here once a week for around a year and food was brilliant until last nights experience. I placed my usual weekly order at around 9:30pm due for delivery around 10:25. It didn’t turn up until 11pm when the restaurant was closed and I couldn’t get through to sort my problem. When the food arrived it was blatantly from a different Chinese restaurant, as I said eaten here regularly for around a year, I know the food and this was definitely not Hong’s food.
