Went for a birthday celebration at tea time. Everyone was served food at the same time (about 20 people). I ate salmon and prawn salad which was served with warm potatoes on the side. It was delicious. The rest of the pub was pretty empty at the time. I would eat here again. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5

Just had the most beautiful Carvery here. Lovely warm welcome, and literally the best Carvery I have ever eaten, all fresh and homemade even down to the gravey and Yorkshire puddings. Desserts were also lovely, cant wait to come back again. So nice to have a good old fashioned traditional Carvery that's homemade and not frozen rubbish. Thankyou x

The best Sunday Carvery we’ve had in a long time. As close to Homemade as you can get. A choice of Roast Pork, Beef, Turkey and Lamb. The whole meal was outstanding. Delicious 3 course Sunday Lunch Traditional Carvery: Starters...Proper Home Cooked Hearty Soups with thick chunks of bread plus other choices... Mains: Pulled Beef, Lamb, Chicken or Pork plus lashings of thick gravy and tasty veg.
