Holdfast Cottage - Menu

Stayed at this hotel for three nights and during that time could not fault either the breakfast or dinner. Food at all times was perfectly cooked and nicely presented. Would recommend this restaurant to all food buffs.

Top brands, quality of food and cooking. good choice of the main menu and the bar menu. would be good, steak and maybe some excellent fish and chips had as one of the choices. but a good choice to suit everyone. thai curry good. also gammon, egg and chips. roasted goat cheese starter was also beautiful.

This charming restaurant is slightly off the beaten path but is conveniently located near Malvern's attractions and other sites. The food served here is outstanding, accompanied by a nice variety of wines and beers. The service from the hosts is warm and welcoming without being over the top. The only downside is the outdated plumbing in the bathroom.

This quiet country hotel is a very short drive to the 3 Counties Showground and the sites around Malvern and is easily accessible from the M5. The hotel and room were comfortable and the staff very helpful. It was good to have a bar on...site, the garden was lovely and the food in the restaurant delicious. I would definitely rebook next time I go to this location.

Nice cottage hotel but the hot water system needs to be improved/upgraded. There was only a trickle of water from the shower and we had to wait for it to get warm, especially if you could hear someone in the room next door running a...bath! Very nice breakfast. We did not eat in their restaurant in the evening as we found it slightly expensive. The bar is nice and cosy but quite small.

A little gem, owners looked after us all very well with ideas for exploration and eating out even tho they had their own restaurant. Very comfortable rooms plenty of lights and power points Breakfast was better than normal with the quality of food from local...sources stunning! We ate in the hotel restaurant on last night and wished we had both nights Super food again well served and mine host looked after us with drinks highly recommended

beautiful old hotel in a large garden, very comfortable and has a great cook that eats very tasty with a good wine list. the host are a hoot, very attentive to their needs, and very friendly the sanitary in our room took a bit...from getting used to, although no problem. the whole English breakfast one of the best I had that it did not, not over large and more important, beautifully cooked with minimal fat. we wish we had spent another night and will definitely be back

We were delighted to discover this charming hotel during our road trip and wished we could have stayed longer. Julie, Steven, and Wilma were all lovely hosts. Wilma, a two-year-old black retriever, greeted us with a friendly lick. The simple holiday home bedroom had a comfortable bed and a good ensuite bathroom, meeting all our needs. Instead of exploring the Malvern hills in the dark without satnav, we decided to stay for the evening meal at the hotel. We were delighted with the delicious three-course meal, which included soup, pate, slow-roasted lamb, chocolate orange cake, and meringue. Booked here just for one night. Easy to find and lovely location. Scenery everywhere you look. The hosts could not have been more welcoming. The room was a cute country cottage room. Creaky floorboards and sash windows. It was clean, neat and tidy. Large clean...ensuite too. We ate in as we did not want to drive about. We had the light snack menu. I had gammon, chips and peas. The portion was huge. My husband had the scampi, equally huge. There is a good guest sitting room for your coffee and a comfortable bar for a pre dinner drink. The drinks prices were a bit steep but it prevents you from drink driving or driving around in the dark in an area you don't know particularly well trying to lo...
