"Introduction: In a traditional place it drove my acquaintances and me in the evening. For more than twenty-three years, the same tenant has been in the “Hildesheimer Hof”. With its Balkan cuisine always good for a delicious barbecue plate. Ambience and welcome: The restaurant has 2 rooms. While the master room (6 tables and the Schanktresen is really cozy, you will find in the second room (some stairs high, seven tables a not really inviting ambience. It has probably been no longer renovated or modernized here for a few years. The greeting was warm. We were personally greeted by the head of the house. Unfortunately, as we had not reserved, there was only one place in the not very nice guest room. Then we were guided in a nice and charming way. Service and menu: Since there was no service, except the owner “Branco”, we were served by the boss himself all night. There were no complaints. Always a friendly word on the lips and quickly in service. I would like to mention the menu “Standartkarte” for the Balkan cuisine. Some appetizers and the main dishes naturally focus on grill plates and meat dishes. There are senior plates and also a selection for the children was thought out. The desserts I love are also represented. Beverages and foods: For my accompaniment there were only Cola and Fanta when he had to drive. I glowed a glass of Plavac that wasn't mine. For this, the following Pils were well cooled and delicious. As an appetizer there were French onion soup (3,00 €). At the main dish there was a lapping steak with onions, frying potatoes and side salad, as well as once the Balkan plate filled with Raznici, Cevapcici, Plyeskavica with sheep cheese, Chiffe, Dörrfleisch, Djuvecreis, Pommes Frites and side dishes. (see photos) The onion soup was nothing special, but for the price okay. The Rumpsteak was upstairs. The meat on the point, the roast potatoes nicely crumbled and not greasy and the side salad fresh and crispy. She also worked with the Balkan plate. Here you can see the routine and the good quality. All right. The Palatschinken finished and finished a really successful menu. From the house there were mandatory “customer retention snaps”. Conclusion: A beautiful evening and thanks to a very good value for money not even expensive. Everyone knows why this restaurant has existed for so long. I can give a recommendation here with good conscience. And maybe the next visit is a place in the beautiful guest room, or the second one is something refreshed."

Wir waren heute spontan mal in der Nachbarschaft von Offenbach. Hier sind wir in den H. Hof gefallen. Ein Glückstreffer. Das Essen ( Balkanplatte für zwei) war richtig gut. Der Chef ist cool und wir hatten selbst nach Zapfenstreich noch genug zu trinkenDas Ambiente ist eher rustikal, für Freunde einer klassischen deutschen Kneipe. Sauber, freundlich, rundum zufrieden!
