Fantastic meal, real value for money, my friend and I had the meal for two plate, steak pork, chips, rice and salad, absolutely delicious, and a really big portion, the staff are lovely and friendly, great restaurant with great atmosphere

I guess it belongs regional and traditional German-style restaurant. It seems to be suitable for more people gathering. Although I was alone, I could have the good meal. But maybe I was not good for ordering, I couldn't tell any special cuisine.

Can't understand and share the moderate reviews. I ate a grill plate there and was very browned. It tasted, the share was good and the price/performance ratio was right. The service was correct, polite and fleeting. Has convinced me and I think friends of the Balkan cuisine will see it.

It was still rather quit in the restaurant when we arrived on a Tuesday 17:15. Better, we were the first. So everything went quick. We ordered the Balkan Platte (Total 32 Euro for 2 persons). It was good, although I asked for everything without onions and unfortunately that went wrong because in the rice there still was onions.

Очень приятное место. В старом городе, до Кёльнского собора 5 минут, до реки Рейн две минуты. Уютно, есть столики на улице. Официанты немного понимают по-русски и в состоянии сказать "шампанское", "свинина", "говядина" и вообще из меню многое готовы объяснить. Мясное ассорти жареное - индейка, свинина, колбаски свиные, говяжьи котлеты - все очень вкусно. Подается с картофелем фри. Брал в основном закуски, остался доволен.

Visited Cologne over 5 days.. Food was high on the experience list.. Found this place by chance.. Not really on the recommended sites but guys try it.. ? Its really good home cooked German fare.. Silly portions however not complaining. A lot of the trad places heavily push the beer but as a non alcohol drinker this place has the good stuff but its not frowned upon if you ask for a soft drink.. The platters for 2 are stunning. We returned the following night had Liver and bacon also Schnitzel.. The staff are really lovely, not pushy.. Its old fashionable quaint, lots of locals in, always a good sign.. Really loved it.. 10/10

Siamo capitati in questo locale per caso, all'ora di cena e abbiamo deciso di fermarci in attesa che smettesse di piovere. Locale tipico, molto ampio, caratteristico. Siamo stati accolti da un cameriere non particolarmente espansivo, ma cordiale. Ci ha fatto attendere qualche minuto affinché il tavolo precedentemente occupato si liberasse ed ha chiesto quale lingua parlavamo per portare il menu adatto. Abbiamo scelto portate diverse perché tutte accattivanti e per poter assaggiare gusti differenti. Come possibile vedere in foto, le porzioni sono abbondanti e complete di contorno. Tempo di attesa adeguato e qualità molto buona, siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Prezzo nella media.

Wir waren an einem frühen Sonntag Abend dort und würden es kein zweites mal besuchen. Mein Spruch: "Pillepalle Touristenfalle" hat hier zu 100% zugetroffen. Wir haben zwei mal den Grillteller bestellt, der auch recht schnell zu uns an den Tisch kam, doch was wir darauf fanden, hatte nicht viel mit der Bezeichnung "Grillteller" zu tun. Völlig trocken gebratenes und zähes Fleisch von minderwertiger Qualität, dazu Pommes. Weder ein Stück Leber oder sonst was war bis auf einen sauren Krautsalat waren dabei und das zu einem Preis von knapp 15 Euro.Den einzigen Punkt, bekommt der Service, denn dieser war flott und freundlich.
