Delightful. The beef pie was wonderful! Also a nice family spot. Different areas to accommodate different tastes within the pub.

Very friendly and polite staff; tables games, like Jenga, Cards Against Humanity, and Taboo at the tables. Good size spot with lots of seating. Easy to find, and a short walk from many sites within Kensington.

Enjoyed a good meal here after a day in London. We were staying nearby so decided to try it. It was better than traditional pub food. I had the fish and chips which was hot and prepared just right. Husband had a burger which also was good. Service was great as was the atmosphere. Not too crowded.

We made an online reservation, and arrived on time. There was no host and we were told to sit anywhere by the bartender. We sat at a table off to the side of the bar, near the window, for 15 minutes; no one greeted us, brought a menu,. No one came by to say, we are busy (they were not) and we'll be with you shortly. No one cared that we were there. Therefore, we left and landed up somewhere else where the evening had a very happy ending. Voir le carte

The wife and I were staying at the Marriott Residence Inn on Warwick and took a walk up to the Kensington high street. Got tired of the crowds and passed this pub on the way back to the hotel. We decided to try it out for lunch and enjoyed a great fish and chips with a cold lager. We dined in the back room though the outdoor deck looked like a fun place too, we just didn't want to risk rain that day. Nice girl bar tending too. It was just what we needed and since we were a bit after the lunch hour the place was only hopping outside with those enjoying a drink. Ours was a nice quiet and relaxing lunch in a great pub atmosphere. Recommend stopping in if you are in the neighborhood.

Booked here for a work Christmas dinner and will never be going back. Food was inedible. Mine went back almost untouched roast potatoes were either deep fried or from the day before. Yorkshire pudding was similarly suspiciously crusty. One vegan dinner arrived with cheese and a Yorkshire pudding. Another dinner had a piece of crockery looked like a chip from a plate) mixed in with the food. Staff were very unwelcoming bordering on hostile despite our large group spending an obscene amount of money on drink and food. Attended the pub with young family after visiting previously pre pandemic. A lot has changed. Clearly understaffed putting pressure on those present. Bar manager checked us in, polite, upbeat and approachable. Good start, though he appeared to be doing everything clearing tables, serving behind bar, checking guests in with little support. Sat down at table. Place was filthy. Wasn't clear where to order as I'm sure it was table service before. Went to bar to order, took a long time due to lack of staff and others ordering. Where we were sat, all we could hear was kitchen staff yelling and singing at top of their voices . Serving staff looked miserable. Starters came out. Had to ask for cutler... Voir le carte
