The Sunday lunch at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. There was a wide variety of meats to choose from and a large selection of vegetables. The roast pork was especially delicious, I would say it's the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was friendly and the staff were excellent.

Had a great weekend I stayed in a cabin whilst my friends were in their camper vans. The cabin was great value for money very clean and wanted for nothing.Spent the evening in the pub and restaurant. Great atmosphere locals very friendly. Restaurant food was...fantastic. Please visit hungry the steak pie is to die for. Owners and staff can't do enough for you. Will be back soon

Had another overnight stay here and what more can I say other than I will be back, food is absolutely amazing and the carvery is something else, toilets and shower facilities are kept clean, Andy and his team have got this place running spot of us for tea and all came out piping hot, fresh and nothing wrong A real nice clean place that I will be booking in summer with friends Thanks again Voir le carte

We stayed here for three nights camping , very relaxing ,quiet and peaceful. Excellent showers although chargeable, but hot and clean , good toilets. Lovely walk along the river and through the village. We didnt get chance to try the food in the pub because...sadly we had to leave early , but were told it is great . The Landlord is a very nice chap and very approachable we will definitely be back !!!

The food at this restaurant is excellent. Chef Dave is amazing and the staff is friendly. The service is efficient and the prices are great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality food. The garlic mushrooms for starters were delicious, the Texas chili burger was wonderful, and the braised beef in red wine was truly amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

We travelled from Suffolk to stay from the of December to the of January. So glad we did, a very warm welcome, really quiet and relaxing camp site with really good amenities. New year's eve was excellent, a really nice atmosphere, very friendly...staff and locals, and an excellent choice behind the bar. Andy the landlord couldn't have made us feel more at home, it was if we known him all our lives and not just met. If you are in the area it's definitely worth a visit! Voir le carte

Stayed at the Half Moon Inn in February. Took our caravan and had a gravel pitch. Overall the site was good and although basic facilities they were clean and well stocked. The site was boggy due to bad weather but owner was on hand to...tow any vehicles in need. Could do with some lighting at night. Nice walks along the river and nearby Bird sanctuary. Pub was good with decent selection of drinks. Food was really good. We had Sunday carvery which was excellent and great value. Would certainly return

I brought some friends to this restaurant for a meal and pre-ordered our food, which turned out to be a great idea as our food was ready when we arrived. The staff were very welcoming and the waitresses were attentive, happy, and chatty. The food was amazing, particularly the belly pork with the best crackling. The homemade chips were a hit and not something you see very often nowadays. From the fajitas to the sea bass, sizzling steak, and seafood tagliatelle, everything was delicious. We will definitely be coming back for another meal. Thank you for a wonderful evening, we will be back again.

Lovely campsite, great staff. We arrived on a Friday to celebrate our wedding anniversary just the two of us and our dog. Having stayed there before it was our first choice for a long weekend camping. Unfortunately there were some less considerate guests on the...site and decided to stay up drinking and shouting until on Saturday morning. Not the site’s fault. It was mentioned to Andy who dealt with it straight away and this wasn’t repeated. The pub is a nice homely pub with a good choice of beer and a fantastic carvery on Sunday. There is a normal menu at other times with plenty of choice. The site is dog friendly as is the pub. We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you all. Voir le carte
