After years my wife reunited with her foster mom. We had a perfect dinner at the Hafenhaus. Service is very attentive and food is delicious. View is perfect and total relaxing ambiente. Reservation recommender.

Very nice ambience, low waiting time, large selection of drinks and food, very friendly staff. The dishes are prepared and served with attention to detail. Just amazing. Never eat so delicious. Very recommended

A place like this was missing in Emden: trendy and chic mixing old local recipes with international infused creations. Price was higher than it should for quality and location. Here as a guest of a business contact and was perturbed at first as there was a full scale wedding or birthday celebration going on when we were arrived and we were shown to a table near the back of the restaurant. However, the service...was excellent and quite able to cope with the numbers that day. The krabbensuppe is a potent shrimp soup and very tasty indeed. Main course was the Matjestopf which consisted of absolutely first class matjes herrings which were the rival of any sashimi and one of the best I have ever tried. Cant comment on the value as I didnt see the bill as I was the guest. However, I would certainly come here again.

Tolle Adresse zum Essen in Emden. Die Karte bietet tolle Gerichte. Angefangen vom Burger über Flammkuchen bis hin zu Fischgerichten. Dabei sind viele einfallsreiche und auch einzigartige Gerichte zu finden. Eben auch mal ein paar tolle Variationen, die nicht Standard sind. Dazu kommt, dass es geschmacklich richtig klasse war, habe selten so gut gegessen! Die Portionen sind auch ordentlich und das Auge isst gerne mit. Die etwas höheren aber nicht übertriebenen Preise sind da völlig angemessen. Wenn auch nicht auf der Karte zu finden, bekommt man auch typische Kindergerichte, wie Schnitzel oder Nudeln. Hier ebenfalls gute Qualität! Das Ambiente ist toll, drinnen mit Charme und draußen mit Hafe...

Arrived with a reservation on time and our party of were seated promptly… The two servers were prompt and since we had eaten lunch late that day we ordered our entrees directly… The menu choices were great and the cocktail arrived and came out...very small. They give a whole new meaning to shot glass, i would recommend drinking before you arrive. While we were ordering I saw a Hamburger go by to another table… WOW That made my Decision… Hey , I thought since the hamburger was invented in Hamburg, I can't go wrong.
