Everything was a perfect 10/10! The staff member (I can't remember his name) who shares a name with a footballer was fantastic and very attentive. He really enhanced our experience at Gusto. That's why I'll always come back!

The restaurant itself is charmingly decorated, featuring a lovely little garden area. The attention to detail is unmatched. I would definitely return to sample everything on the menu!

When I arrived, there was no record of my reservation. They attempted to seat my party at a table that was too small, which would have made for an uncomfortable experience. The waitress was disengaged from the start, and neither she nor the manager offered any apologies. In first instance receptionist lady told us is nothing available, seemed we are not welcomed however we are on road trip and one of our stops was Liverpool and we saw great reviews on food for this place, in just 1 min tables actually were available on open table, so we booked and was so embarrassing for her when we came in back and actually was available. Good great, lovely ambiance but seemed short staff delay on food, didn’t seem to be mo service around the way waiters clearing tables, resetting tables with bear hands, very load inside, chef screaming near the tables, very close and all waiters bumbling in the chair passing by… I guess hospitality industry in general went downhill is all...

GOOD FOOD TERRIBLE SERVICE I was looking for somewhere local to Wembley stadium. I had an overseas guest visiting who had tickets to a Wembley event. There were only 4 tables seated when we arrived. I had to ask could we order after 20 minutes of waiting. Whilst we were waiting for our starters another table (6 guests) were seated, orders taken and served. I chased our order. It took a total hour for our starters to arrive. Thankfully they were worth waiting for. Fresh crisp calamari, although unfortunately I was also given lemon mayonnaise despite advising I could not have any citrus. The cheesy garlic bread was also delicious. Very large portion, but you can imagine we were pretty hungry b... Voir le carte
