We went to this restaurant while staying in Cookstown and were served delicious, well-prepared meals in a beautifully presented setting.

Greenvale Hotel is Home away from Home Food and Staff are warm and friendly especially Eugine the barman and Paula the waitress . will definitely be back.

I recently visited this restaurant for my son's birthday. The service and food are always top-notch. I have dined here many times and have never been disappointed. They serve delicious melba toast with vegetable soup. This restaurant definitely deserves support.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The waitress was very attentive and took great care of us. The food was served promptly, beautifully presented, and most importantly, delicious. While the restaurant decor is a bit old-fashioned, it is still cozy and inviting.

Took my mother in for lunch lovely layout and kept very clean lunch time special was unbelievable and the size of the portions was massive beware I had Kiev which was succulent and delicious Staff service was very attentive from the receptionist through to the waiting team fantastic couldnt fault Voir le carte

Visited today with my mum, partner and daughter and was delighted with the service, atmosphere and food. Being a veggie, most restaurants offer a couple of options along side the sunday carvery menu..not the Greenvale, there was at least 7 delicious vegetarian options available and the Managers attention to customer service was excellent. Will be visiting again and look forward tonsampling the other vegetarian dishes in the near future.

I’m staying at the hotel and was excited to eat here as I’d heard good things from other guests. The restaurant was very busy so I had tk eat the bar (no big deal I was on my own anywhere so didn’t matter to me) I had the garlic mushrooms to start, superb starter. The mushrooms were piping hot, really tasty and the garlic dip was great. For main I had the fillet steak (cooked to perfection and really big) with chips and vegetables. I am a big eater but I couldn’t finish the meal, so much food it was unreal. I am gutted I’m not staying here another night as the meal tonight was brilliant. Been twice lately as a couple , both times during midweek in the evening for dinner. We will not be back which is unfortunate as it’s within walking distance to us. Very poor and unacceptable. Used to enjoy coming here as our local but the food served midweek is borderline embarrassing. Unfortunately it’s not nice to say but true The lasagne served to us was 100% the exact same one that a local butcher in the town sells for a quarter of the price. The presentation of the food is poor lasagne and chicken fillet burger were served on the corner of the plate, one the other corner there was a few salad leaves which had brown tinges on them.
