"We went into Goodman Mayfair on the Monday of our wedding week it was intended as a quiet little date night before the madness ensued, and I couldn't imagine anywhere better! The staff we lovely, it was a nice atmosphere not rammed but busy enough. The meat tray was brought over which pretty much made my week (wedding aside . We had the chateaubriand to share, mostly so we could compare it to the Hawksmoor version which was a veritable meatgasm. Goodman came extremely close. The dry aged beef is so crusty on the outside which I LOVE, but was so juicy and rare in the middle. The mac and cheese was good, but was made with big spirals when I think the smaller macaroni works better. We also had garlicky spinach which was lovely, and bearnaise, pepper and mushroom sauces. I think bearnaise was too much with the mac and cheese, but it was still delicious. They brought a banana parfait at the end with a congrats message on, which was comped thought that was a lovely touch and I hope to return! Very close to Hawksmoor in terms of quality and service but will have to go back to both to be sure :"

The service at the restaurant was excellent, however, there were some issues with the sirloin steak being overcooked twice. The sides were replaced for free when they went cold. The manager apologized for the inconvenience. Despite the overcooked steak, the overall lunch experience was still great.

goodman is located in carnabury, it is a very good option to eat, after a shopping morning is almost always full and there is a good atmosphere. I recommend you book, not being that you stay without table goodman is specialized in meats, it is very good, the only glue that the garrisons are not included in the price and are somewhat expensive and small. wine selection is very good.

looking for best steak places around piccadilly zirkus we stumbled on this place! and that was worth it! pls note reservation is necessary (although we went gasthaus, but the staff was modest enough to give us a seat on the bartheke) environment this place has a beautiful ambiente. the seat is spacious and can also accommodate large groups. food we have tried their famous steak wild mushroom chicken risotto. trust us, eating was something to blow up! we loved it. not complaining! service the service was also great. the staff was friendly and was fast in their service!

After days of waiting to get a seat in there, I was amused by the high quality food and astounding service. Before jumping into the review, a huge shoutout for our waitress Ellie for being so kind, funny and lovely. For the food, appetisers were ravioli, burrata, fried shrimp and rocket salad. All were soooo good especially the fried shrimp(so crispy #dying). For mains we ordered the US sirloin and US fillet which both were so tender and tasty. The goodman burger was so good as well but I didn 't like the fries that came with it. The mac and cheese was delicious but was a bit heavy.
