A poorly managed restaurant that was slow and disorganised. The food was poor and tasteless.

We love this restaurant but the experience was a little disappointing. Slow service, cold and meal portions for the pasta were small. Hopefully it was a oneoff.

Food took a while to arrive but I guess that’s to be expected with so few staff on hand. They were kept busy and were politely attentive but I was glad not to be in a hurry.

Lovely place and so quiet as nobody going out but great service will use again in future .No need to shut down early was enjoying a great time and waitress did like meeting my daughter too

Went for lunch whilst on a shopping trip.Was welcomed asked to sit where we liked. Plenty of room. The restaurant was busy had a good atmosphere. The meal was delicious represented good value for money. Our waitress was attentive, friendly efficient. Will be returning soon.

The service was phenomenally slow. There were three of us and we all had salads which took 45minutes. Waiting to order drinks afterwards was also interminable. Saying that, I thought the main waitress did really well when she had 3 members of staff for a jam packed restaurant.More staff needed.

The restaurant itself was not as warm/pleasant in terms of decor/setting as I'd expect from Carluccios; the atmosphere was more like a cafe. However our waiter was absolutely fantastic; he was very friendly and efficient, made us feel very welcome and did a great job. The food was absolutely delicious, even though they were short-staffed and only had one chef there.

I have often been discussing myself with my man at carluccios a few years ago and was thrilled to go back as a widow with a friend. we had booked but when entering the restaurant and not welcome. a girl came forward and dared her hand and said it was everywhere you want. we have and waited, at last I stood up and asked for the girl for a menu. then waited for one of the girls to finish their chatter and make an order. the goat cheese salad I had ordered was cold boiled goat cheese! not very edible on a huge boiled cold barley.
