Butterfly prawns starter was superb, well presented and served with pride and joy.

Mind your head. Quite a low restaurant. The food is amazing. The service great. The food portions were not to large . So left feeling full but not stuffed. Tasted fresh and well prepared. Unfortunately I have nothing harsh to say. Go here and enjoy.

I have visited several of the restaurants around the area and have normally been happy. However today the crispy prawn dish was very disappointing. I chocked on the praenomen as there was shell . When I told the waitress I was told all the prawns come with shell. Totally inedible and not at all a pleasant experience. No apology at all for the experience. Voir le carte

Waitress (assuming as she’s not in uniform) was serving a lunch set across the table for my daughter and my daughter was trying to reach out for it with good intention to help because the waitress was dangerously stretching out to put it across. Food shouldn’t be served this way and unfortunately the lunch set fell on the table and the hot food fell unto her thighs. My daughter thigh was slightly scalded and skirt was soiled. Really spoiled our lunch out today. By the way, the waitress did apologise. This shouldn’t happen at all. Very bad experience.

This place was a real unexpected find. The building is so quaint and cool there are signs to watch your head as its that old, but refurbished. The seating was comfortable and our waitress was vibrant, attentive and charming and helped with the order. The food we had was AMAZING, everything was so tasty and left you wanting more. The portion sizes were really good, just enough, but as i said left you wanting more as the taste was just too good. Price wise it was reasonable and this place will definitely be visited again, maybe next time for evening dinner. A must try for all who like good tasting vibrant food in a really nice setting.

I have visited this restaurant before and was unimpressed with he quality of the food. I year later, I decided to give it another chance. Very little has changed. My Pad Thai was gloopy, tasted like it had been reheated and not built up from fresh ingredients. Bland flavour and tasteless. All srvered up like warm on cold plates. I also ordered a roti, which was greasy, part cook, and equally undesirable. The chef needs changing as a matter or urgency before things will improve. You need a competent chef with cabaility and passion for his cooking. The restaurant was relatively empty, just a few tables being occupied, probably say's it all. Not all GS are the same.
