"We ordered takeout and had it delivered to our home. We have ordered takeout in the past, and it has been good, but it had been a while since our last one. The person who took our order over the phone was polite and efficient, and the delivery was very prompt. However, we were disappointed with the food. It was very bland and lacked any fresh spices, garlic, or coriander. The rice was almost too salty to eat, there was too much sugar in the dishes, the naan was undercooked, and overall, it was not a good meal. Some of the dishes were barely edible, and we were very disappointed."

this is flair cooking and delicate flavor balance of a very high standard cooked with love and passion this is the best (delivery) takeaway in the lewes area by a nose a few very strong cotenders

Just had a meal at this restaurant yesterday and was impressed! The service team were so attentive and our food was out of this world. The food was delicious. Ordered a curry for the family tonight, quick delivery, came piping hot, portion sizes are magnificent for the value, curry’s are full of flavour and the meat was proper tender. I would recommend to anybody in the local area to order from here. I’ve tasted all the curry’s in lewes, Cafe Ganges is the best in Sussex!

We have ordered from Ganges about 8 times now and cannot fault the food, service or delivery. My partner has tried a different curry every time and each one has been very good! Delivery drivers always friendly and never have any issues finding us when other takeaways have been a headache! Would definitely recommend, best Indian takeaway locally
