Lovely family run establishment, dining with a work colleague. Lovely fast service, spot on food, tasty house wine. Really recommend, not too expensive either!

Completely overstated overrated. The service is ok but the food is average. The bill is a bit expensive. Overall we had far better Italian experience in Edinburgh.

Visited on spur of the moment, read the menu looked through the window and the place looked full but they squeezed us in, service was prompt,staff were lovely atmosphere was just right and the food was superb. 100% recommended can’t wait to go again. Voir le carte

The owners accommodated us without a booking on a busy night, we had an excellent pizza followed by tiramisu and washed down with some lager. The staff were all very busy, but made sure we were happy and enjoyed our meal. Good old fashioned hospitality

We had high expectations when we visited this restaurant, but we left feeling disappointed. The bruschetta was soggy and the pasta dishes were not as flavorful or as hot as we had hoped. The prices seemed a bit high considering the quality of the food. However, the service from the wait staff was pleasant.

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. The prawns in garlic were delicious, the veal was top-notch, and the homemade cannoli was fantastic. The staff provided excellent service and it was a treat to have genuine Italians serving us. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in Edinburgh again. The food at this restaurant was delicious, but some of the portions were very small, making it quite expensive. For example, a small portion of veggie ravioli was $16.95 and could have fit on a side plate. The risotto with poached fish was also a small dish. Additionally, we felt rushed as it was only 10pm on a Saturday night and it seemed like they wanted us to leave. It wasn't very welcoming and did not have the usual Italian hospitality that is typically seen at Italian restaurants.

We found this restaurant purely by walking past, but what a find. It was a quiet evening at the restaurant which for an Italian is unusual but suited us this particular Monday evening. We were welcomed to our table and offered our drinks. We had the house red which is very nice. My wife and I started with deep fried Brie and mango sauce followed by a main of wild Boar Ravioli in a lovely sauce. The food was served up very promptly and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wild Boar Ravioli should you choose this restaurant. Our next visit to Edinburgh will definitely include a return visit.

We had an absolute delightful and incredibly tasty meal here. So glad we walked past and liked the look of the menu and their pizza awards! We hadn 't booked a table and were attending a show at the Usher Hall. Staff literally could not have been nicer; they were so friendly, complimentary and attentive. We felt comfortable in their family feel service right away. I loved our table and the booth style and how close it was to the open kitchen. We had an incredible meal of bruchetta, pizza, tiramisu and cheesecake. Along with 2 glasses of wine and 2 coffees the bill came to £74 which we felt was extremely good value for the quality of food, atmosphere, location and wonderful service. Honestly... Voir le carte
