We came for a private tour. Loved watching the chef make the sauces for the pasta. Mena was very generous and accommodating and got us to try the fried artichokes (got us hooked, haha), drinks, and ice cream.

Peppe, you do! Choices for each palate, allow different levels of sensory analysis both to the glass and to the plate.
