We used to enjoy the American hot pizza at Frankie and Benny's in Cheltenham, but it has been a year since we last visited. This time, the American hot pizza was disappointing and of lower quality than we remembered.

a great night! we need an understatement. as usual not enough personal. sons chips like warm. while I appreciate people with children who use it for parties. it is not good to let children walk into the restaurant and let other customers and employees annoy. will not come back in a hurry

This was a terrible experience! The service was extremely slow, with not enough staff on hand. My son's chips were lukewarm. I understand that families use this restaurant for parties, but it's not acceptable for children to be unruly and annoy other customers and staff. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Voir le carte
