great eating excellent children's menu, which was excellent worth and we had a very polite waiter on every case back

Lovely garlic bread starter to share. Followed by chicken parmigiano. Cooker beautifully, very filling. Didn't stay for dessert as had enough from valentines day. But good choices on menu. Bubblegum cocktail was lovely and sweet. Voir le carte

Absolutely love Frankie and Bennys Rubery. Staff are always lovely and the food is usually really tasty. Not happy with how little cheese and bacon you get for cheese and bacon fries though. Also, don't book through open table as this booking system DOES NOT work. Luckily they had a spare table with only a wait.

we usually eat and always have a good meal. the staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is always delicious. tonight we had a click and collect taking and saying I am impressed is an understatement. the food came to home as hot as if it had just left the kitchen and was packed so well that it almost looked exactly as it would be in the restaurant. it also tasted absolutely delicious. seriously well done team great park!

Booked with open table but when I got there they had no notice of my booking so we were forced to wait minutes whcih given it was Friday wasn't unexpected but was disappointing What was also disappointing was there were lots of empty tables, one a large reserved table for which no one turned up. It was obvious that was the case after we'd been there for minutes or so yet it still. took the staff a while to split the tables and prep for the large number of people waiting for smaller tables. we had different experiences in this restaurant while we revive the road. when we visited last year, we were less than impressed. but today we went as a walk in group of 8 on the Father's Day and they managed to put it to us. eating was of a very good quality, fresh and hot. and our server was from this world. he was attentive, polite and everything in all very good at his work. well done f b, I don't know what's changed last year, but it's working. we enjoyed everything about our visit today.

We went there on Tuesday evening (21st June) for a family meal, the restaurant was at least 50% full with more people arriving as the evening progressed. There were only 3 staff members in the restaurant. The one lady was taking orders, greeting people as they came in and fulfilling drinks orders at the bar. Even though they were clearly short of staff that evening, they kept everyone happy and ran around like crazy. They all did a fantastic job and deserve some recognition for their efforts. Even though they were rushed off their feet they still managed to come around with a little birthday cake for my Son who really appreciated the effort. we have eaten many paints in this restaurant in recent years, but it seems to us that the service and restaurant itself is getting worse and worse! first, on our last visit the host said that our booking was not registered over open table to the luck that we had lucky that another couple had canceled so that we had their table. it took a very long time to serve our main course after we finished our starters, I had to ask the times where that was eating, and every time we show a cinema to get, we had booked the restaurant for an hour and a half before we had to leave so that it was much time to serve our food and have eaten for us. the chicken pasta was bland and tasteless, so was hardly eate...
