brilliant service. nickie our waitress was attentive, friendly and nothing was too worried. we didn't have to wait too long for everything and the food was good.

The waiter was extremely friendly and accommodating. However, the food was just average and the quality of ingredients did not meet the standard of previous visits.

for lunch for a birthday contract for my son, service was excellent, lady could not have been helpful, main course that we ordered was hot and well presented, desert was ok, had strawberry fair, a little missing in the strawberry department, but still very nice

I enjoyed the beginnings they offered. the main course was nowhere as close as good. I don't know if it's because I ordered the 'not so nice'. However, if they jump in without a good note, eating for what they are seems to be overcrowded. I'd say that dinge like a cozy club gives better food for less.

The kids eat and the ribs were good, but my burger was very disappointing. We had some small problems with the service and it was a little slow. They turned the music really loud and began to eradicate 7 times during our meal, which became quite annoying. Overall it was nice for the children, but a bit disappointing for the price.

Food was good for what we ordered, however service was poor. Restaurant was only about a third full but it took an hour to produce two salad based meals, waiter was more concerned about his personal grooming and looks than serving the clientele. Even when reminded did not seemed interested. Not the best Frankie Benny’s we have used.

The children's meals and ribs were tasty, but my burger was quite underwhelming. There were a few minor service issues and it was a bit slow. The music was cranked up loudly and "happy birthday" was played 7 times during our meal, which became irritating. Overall, it was okay for the kids, but for the price, it was a bit disappointing.

I called twice after booking through the open table and every time they said I had no booking. it was for my daughter's birthday and even the day we told the manager that we had not booked and then said we had a book for 5 o'clock. my notification from my app proved it was for lunch. they have taken care of us, but really bad attitude. the waiter was great and eating was good.

I made two phone calls after making a reservation through OpenTable, and both times they said they had no record of my booking. It was for my daughter's birthday, and even on the day of the reservation, the manager insisted we didn't have a booking before finally admitting we had one for 5pm, when my app clearly showed it was for noon. They were able to seat us eventually, but the attitude was really poor. However, our waiter was fantastic and the food was good. It's a shame about their booking system.
