"Food tasted good but can’t say it was very fresh. The king prawn appetizer made with frozen prawns (which no one will call King Prawn in size, large sure) was clearly microwaved, it was steaming in the middle and there was spatter on the side of the bowl. It was also the same sauce they used for the arrabbiata. Which again, tasted fine but not very fresh. It was microwaved and so the pasta had a weird texture, the chicken pieces in it were quite bland but cooked properly. We also had the bolognese which was honestly so disappointing, you’d think an Italian restaurant would be able to do a good bolognese. But it was extremely greasy with a pool of oil at the bottom of the plate and there was barely any sauce, the mince was pretty dry. Cloudy lemonade did not taste much of lemonade. It was the same color as fresh cloudy apple juice. And it tasted like it was lemonade mixed with that. Quite strange. Service was very good though, the servers were friendly and attentive."

Great spot! The food was served quickly and the portions were generous. However, it did seem a bit understaffed on the Sunday evening we visited, as a few guests had to wait quite a while to be seated.

The food was great. One waitress had a foul attitude, and was quite rude when we were paying, so we left in quite a bad mood although the food was lovely. The other waiters were ok although they were quite busy so we didn't get much service.

We dined there last night, and our waiter was exceptional. When I accidentally broke a glass, they handled it gracefully and even offered me a complimentary drink to replace it. All the staff were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the waiter's name, but he was tall, slim, and had blonde hair.

I arrived at the restaurant just before lunchtime, around 11:30, because Google indicated that’s when they open. However, upon trying to enter, we were informed that they wouldn’t be opening until 11:45, which wasn't a huge inconvenience. It was quite chilly that day, and we preferred to sit inside, but unfortunately, the gentleman told us he hadn’t had the chance to check his reservation board yet.

Very poor service today 27th Dec 2022 at Prezzo St David’s Centre Cardiff. Had to wait over an hour for our main course. No apology, said we’re busy! I believe they lost our order as other customers who came in half an hour after us were served their food. An apology and offer of a drink while waiting would have helped. Staff were not interested. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. I did not complain last time but felt I needed to this time. Kevin Dickie

I was very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. When we arrived, they had a limited menu due to an event at the stadium. Although our food arrived quickly, it was only lukewarm, and our drinks didn’t come until the end of the meal. When we finally received our drinks, they were the wrong ones. Additionally, the restrooms were unkempt and lacked paper. The waitress was very friendly, but unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect I can mention about this place.
