This restaurant is a fantastic spot to grab a meal. It's a bit upscale, but they recently revamped their menu and added some delicious new options. Overall, the food and drinks here are top-notch.

The restaurant was empty, and the service was incredibly slow. The food tasted as if it had been pre-cooked and reheated. It was overpriced as well. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.

Probably one of my favourite dining experiences. Friendly and polite waiting staff with a range of simple yet fantastic food. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced however I feel like sometimes it's not as fresh as it could be. The music is great and the restaurant is an all time family favourite.

Food was fabulous. Definitely one of the better restaurants in this chain. Used a Wowcher code, so great value for money. Our server Rick was very friendly and looked after us. To start we had chicken skewers, and cod and crab bites. For mains we both had chicken and ribs. Both courses we well presented and piping hot.

Upon arriving at the restaurant with a reservation, we were informed that they had stopped serving. I understand it was New Year's Eve, but why take reservations if you can't accommodate them? I am pleased to report that the quality of the food has noticeably improved at this restaurant. It used to be quite poor, to be frank! The burgers and pizzas are all delicious, and there are activities for children to enjoy. There is only one flaw, but it is quite minor, and the staff is friendly. Child parties are common here, making it a lively and loud atmosphere overall.

They cater to all age groups and dietary preferences, allowing guests to customize their meals by adding or removing items. The staff ensure that everyone is well taken care of, promptly serving dishes and checking in on diners throughout their meal. For those celebrating a birthday, they offer the option to bring out a cake and lead a rendition of "Happy Birthday" by Stevie Wonder.
