My husband and I both had the menu. Nicely presented and delicious. I did not have the wine pairings because of being the designated driver, however my husband did. Each wine chosen with the dish complemented each plate. Can recommend.

My wife and I had the traditional tasting menu, which was five delicious courses with generously poured Salvano wines pairings. Local dishes were prepared elegantly, all courses were incredible but the highlight for us was the Plin (little “pinches” of pasta filled with meat and vegetables). Service was very friendly and attentive but not rushed. excellent dining with perfect matching dishes with wines from their cellar save. From the appetizer with raw phenol meat, to the tunaed calf and tortino di zucca with fondue of grana. from a first classic of the territory such as homemade tajarin with bra sausage, to the cheek of veal to the barol. to finish the bonet and a sorbet to the cachi specially prepared for me give my allergies. very prepared and kind staff. all preceded by a guided tour in the cellar save and aperitif among the barriques. Fortunately there are still places where traditional dishes, courtesy and service are at home. we ate with a group of friends on the occasion of lunch in August, really kind service and great food. as a second dish there was a problem of cooking meat, but the master was impeccable in immediately remaking the flow and at the end of the lunch apologize for the discomfort there was offered a bottle of wine and the bitter, to demonstration that can happen to be wrong, but kindness towards the customer always comes first of all. super recommended!
