"Mother's special. we should be greeted with a glass bubbly for mama, but none was offered. only after she was asked after the meal, she was brought. Nobody else in the restaurant seemed to know until we asked. the service was the worst thing I ever had in the hotel. all employees did not seem to be trained as they do their job and all looked like new employees without help or obvious. although many employees seemed to hang in the kitchen, unless they served something then went back directly. our frying pig came with from the apple sauce promised on the menu and from the pastry to almost finished it was no one to ask how they were all in the kitchen. not even at every point I was asked if everything is in order or whether I enjoyed my meal. when the bill came, it was wrong, I was overloaded. no apology just took her away and replaced her. this is only the second time that the fenwick hotel comes as it was bought by previous owners and I must say that the service and standards have gone downhill. I use it to be regular all the time, but the last two was extremely poor. Not sure I'm returning after having been a loyal customer for many years. pity that it has changed the hands to be a wild one. now seems unloved and unmanned. poor show"

The restaurant location was fantastic. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

The food was delicious and the service was exceptional. The waitstaff was very polite. The only issue was that the restaurant was a bit cold.

The table service at this restaurant was extremely slow - I waited 20 minutes for my drinks and had to order when my meal was already on the table. Unfortunately, the chicken was overcooked, but the soup and dessert were delicious.

the service was slow. the personal was clearly under pressure. no ambiente or music. the table sat in the main traffic of the restaurant. we ordered a drink and had finished our meal and our drink had not arrived yet. will not be blown back.

Service was a bit slow. My starter, pear walnut and Stilton salad came without any Stilton. It was returned to the kitchen as maybe this had just been a wee error and chef forgot to add it. Dish was returned with what looked like cottage cheese on, definitely not Stilton. Apart from that all of our dishes were very nice. Sorry for the negative comment. Voir le carte

booked online there was no booking for a birthday dinner so angry no table and conformation said it was booked. the menu we saw online not available and had food allergies so that everything we saw a few times before, but we will not be back. terrible experience and had to stare somewhere else for birthday dinner and buzzworks longhouse we find excellent first class of phone call to eat.
