"the executive deserves the detour alone, it is for this kind of place that we do not get tired of italia in particular and of europa in general. in the kitchen, we let ourselves be guided by a user of the site and the map that offers in addition to the usual regional dishes several preparations with boar. the appetizer deli was good and attractive for its originality. the wild boar dish with black olives was good, with a lot of body, that I appreciate. the same animal's grill was too cooked and the dried meat lacked tenderness. very recommended! in the central square of the priori, the living room of Volterra. excellent food, quality masterfully prepared! excellent value for money...it is nice to eat both outside, and inside in an elegant and well-kept location. "Buongiorno, qualche giorno fa, lunedì 28 febbraio, il mio ragazzo ed io siamo stati in questo bel ristorante vegetariano a volterra. il posto è molto bello e l'atmosfera, pulito e luminoso, veramente bello! il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo un principiante, un primo e un secondo. l'attesa era poco (eravamo 3 coppie, di cui uno era già ordinare il dessert) e siamo stati serviti pane appena cotto, purtroppo mancava un minuto di cucina ed estetica non era molto. Forse si potrebbe polvere sulla superficie dei semi misti. arriva l'antipasto, ottime polpette di verdure sul letto di radicchio condito davvero bene. il set era fantastico. L'unica cosa che penso sia la consistenza delle polpette, troppo morbida. Forse è bastato aggiungere qualcosa per renderla addensare un po'. Ed eccoci qui. Non sono sicuro che abbiamo visto le pere sul bordo esterno. sono stati finiti e anche un altro primo piatto vegano. rimasto la pasta di pomodoro o gli gnocchi con ragù vegetale. Naturalmente abbiamo scelto la seconda opzione. Gli gnocchi erano davvero buoni ma lo ragù non aveva niente a che fare con un ragù vegetale come dovete. Sembrava che si fossero aggiunti ad una semplice salsa di pomodoro di soia disidratata senza nemmeno reidratarlo. quasi zero sapore. Ti consiglio di guardare la ricetta di qualsiasi ragù e sostituire la carne con la soia, ma facendola riidratare. i sapori in un ragù sono fondamentali! Il secondo. un hamburger messicano con patatine paprika con insalata mista. l'insalata era già condito ma era buono. i chip eccellenti, anche se la spezia dovrebbe essere cosparsa uniformemente. l'hamburger aveva la consistenza di un puro. Credo che la mucca sia la stessa delle polpette dell'antipasto. si dovrebbe trovare un modo per dare l'hamburger un po 'compattatezza che anche il palato è soddisfatto. il goto di fagioli neri dovrebbe essere esaltato in qualche modo, era piuttosto insipido. Andiamo all'ultima portata, il dessert. non c'erano dessert vegani disponibili. È bene che sia stato lunedì e che nel fine settimana si può porre fine ai dolci se c'è stata una massiccia affluenza, come spiegato dal proprietario, ma è sufficiente avere pasticcini secchi o la crema di pasticceria già pronta in frigorifero e hanno un po 'inventiva.
