exceptional service, all care with the last detail, expected more from the menu, perhaps with the expectations too high.

First time at Etimo but for sure not the last! Impressive space, gentle service and amazing food! We ordered the 7 plates menu and we found it enough for us and every plate was a surprise after a surprise. Etimo deserves a visit and Madrid should be proud having Etimo in the city!!

We were eating the day of kings, it was the gift for the family and the truth that an unforgettable experience. we loved the site, the presentation of the dishes and the flavors and textures of the same. besides we could try the roscon that was delicious. a delight for the palate and the view.

I had been looking forward to visiting the begoña freire restaurant, especially for the many positive reviews that I had received in his previous restaurant a little further away from the center of madrid. The place is fine. wide and separate tables. regarding the dishes, generally within a high standard, but there were none of them that would call me the attention powerfully. all right, but nothing to stand out. Very central restaurant, good decoration, I care about detail, very well treated product, cooked with very extreme roots I do not put 5 stars, because the menu starts from 10 and to my goo I think it is going down of goo, not of quality and the girl who attended us was very nice, but when it comes to presenting the dishes everything was very cold and fast and we hardly knew that carrying the dishes would give you an 8/105

Thank you so much for making me travel to my beloved extreme. amazing wine of alburquerque (white oak.) extraordinary flavor of crumbs bathed in orujo the day before, extreme pysto during reminding me of what my mother did. and finish a delicious little flower. for the excellent attention of the professionals of the room. to finish thanks for the explanations and kindness of the Begoña chef. We'll never hesitate for a moment.

An uninteresting restaurant, boring decor , zero ambience . Pleasant waiters. Ingredients well executed into miniscule portions. The largest of the 7 dishes consisted of 2- 3 cms squares of a duck meat 'mush ' roasted surface. The small wine list contains few known commercial examples. The only wine i wanted they didn 't have exolaing it was a public holiday and had run out.. there were only 2 people in the place all night. Instead and disappointingly the few wines are mostly unknown to normal public and probably selected to avoid price comparison.
