Sehr schönes Ambiente,alles sehr schön eingedeckt und Saubere Tischwäsche.Das Restaurant gehört zur Hotelanlage mit einer sehr schönen Terasse und Abends ist alles wunderschön Beleuchtet.

Wie mehrfach getestet kann man hier in einem historischen Ambiente sehr lecker essen. Hochwertige Küche, mediterran, frisch, dementsprechende Portionen. Vernünftige Menüpreise, exzellenter, wahrscheinlich bester Service im 50km Umgebung.Sicher ein Geheimtipp!Wanderungen in der Umgebung möglich, gegenüber historischer Rosengarten.

I stay at the hotel and ate in this restaurant on my second night, as it was not open to my arrival. The food is simply amazing! The staff is very helpful and friendly and has a beautiful relaxed atmosphere. I have one more night to try something different from the menu, but don't have to wait to give an evaluation to this place. In an amazing environment everything is only working!

I don't need to know, because everything that comes from this kitchen tastes great. Okay, you have to be open and curious to try new things! The staff is very friendly, helpful and very attentive. We dined at Esslibris in January 2012 and had a wonderful experience and meal. I don’t know what happened since then but our very expensive meal was not good. I ordered the Veal cutlets as a main course, they were so chewy the meat squeaked as I chewed it! The rest of the meal was ordinary. We went to this restaurant for every anniversary and birthday for 6 years because we loved it so much, but this tradition has ended. The meal was a terrible disappointment.

I can't complain about eating, but reading all the other reviews I expected a better service. First we were asked if we wanted to sit in the cheapest hotel restaurant, even though we reserved ourselves in the Esslibris restaurant! We were not asked if we wanted to drink wine until the starters came and we felt that we were somehow ignored to be honest, even if we were guests of the hotel, eat in the hotel restaurant and spend about 150€ without drinks. Even though we left the tip, the waitress did not even thank us! Unfortunately, you expect a better service for this price range. Wir waren in der vergangenen Woche zum KultGenussAbend rund um Spargel und Erdbeeren - ein großartiges Genusserlebnis, ein rundherum gelungener Abend !Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Kaminzimmer, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service! Das Menu einfalls- und abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich absolut perfekt.Dazu - nach einer superben Erdbeerbowle vorab - perfekt korrespondierende Weine:ein pfiffiger Pfälzer Weißburgunder, später ein kräftiger Grauburgunder von der Mosel.Auch der Wunsch nach einem nicht-süßen Dessert wurde völlig unkompliziert erfüllt.Angenehmer Nachgeschmack: Preis und Leistung waren mehr als stimmig!Fazit: Wir waren hochzufrieden und werden uns das künftig ab und an gönnen....
