excellence in a local. my friend and I wanted something typical Roman, being visiting the city, and we came across this tavern, well evaluated on tripadvisor. we decide to order a pasta cacio and pepper and a tartufata pine. nothing more clear. Everything is perfect. I recommend the pinsa as the best I ate. I find an amazing pair: pasta of crispy and gouty pizza, toppings with mozzarella, mortadella, truffle sauce, Roman pecorino and honey.
