"After visiting the other restaurants that received high rankings, my family visited Nudelhaus. The decoration is fine, the reception was okay and we were expecting a fine, decent restaurant. However, the staff was extremely friendly and charismatic, and our expectations were brought up. The second...we received our starter dishes, we realized we ended up in an amazing place. The tomato-mozzarella salad was the best salad me and my sister have ever tasted, the carpaccio was sublime and even the garlic bread was of great quality. We awaited the main course with excitement, which was fulfilled by miles and completely exceeded every expectation we had. My family was raised fairly culinary educated and quite critical. Nevertheless, the four of us unanimously decided the pasta dishes we had were the best we have ever had. Each was completely unique and addressed a different segment of the taste palette. Although I have rarely desired to visit one restaurant multiple times, I would come back here multiple days in a row to see what else this place has to offer. If you visit the area, I would thoroughly recommend you visit this restaurant. This settlement will show you what pasta has to offer and how it is not an inferior dish to the typical major courses, like a steak. Absolutely unforgettable!"

I‘m glad to see that this restaurant is really able to provide gluten free meals. The staff is very friendly and know what gluten free means. Very tasteful food at good price. If I would come back to Winterberg, I will definitely come back to...this restaurant again.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times in the last years and it has become our standard destination for lunch or dinner whenever we return to Winterberg. Food and service have always been perfect and the prices are reasonable for the offered quality. Really not...a single thing to complain about.
