What a waste last night. Map very clear, high prices, pumice cold, carving much too thin, lemon missing etc. At this level (also priced) something like this cannot happen!

Super good stylish restaurant with excellent cuisine. The homemade dough bags were perfectly prepared and tasted excellent. The wild salad. The staff was very courteous and friendly. All around I can recommend this restaurant

We went to the Karussell menu and were totally enthusiastic. Delicious wines and a great food, this was only surpassed by the incredibly friendly staff. We felt very comfortable and look forward to another nice evening in the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant.

School grade 1 with star. Very harmonious evening with great food (inspiration menu, well-tuned wine tasting and immaculate service. For us outstanding were in the menu the opening with the gooseberry and in the later course the bison fillet. Unrestricted recommendation and we are happy to come back.

We randomly searched the Engelsburg for the first time yesterday, so far I thought wrongly: you can only eat as a hotel guest there, what a mistake.
