Die Speisen sind unansehnlich und unappetitlich hergerichtet. Der Preis ist unangemessen hoch. Schlechte Massenabfertigung.

Amazing views took the train from Grindelwald(you can also choose other starting points)besides the view from the outside don't miss the ice palace! The only down point is that there isn't a smoking area,but it worths it.

Because of the weather we could not see past the window! We were here several years ago where the view alone was worth the visit. The food was decent and the service was good. The price was a little high for the value received.

Wir waren zum Mittagessen im Restaurant. Von der Piste muss man ein paar Meter zu Fuss zurücklegen, aber das lohnt sich. Überaus freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen. Besonders die Käseschnitte hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

qualitativ schlechtes Essen mit komischen, unpassenden Kombinationen. Essen wird gefühlte 10h im Voraus gekocht und jeweils vor dem Servieren aufgewärmt. Grundsätzlich ja kein Problem, bei pampiger Pasta jedoch nicht so toll...Beilagen und Dessert aus der Büchse resp. Tüte. Das Beste: Personal und traumhafte Aussicht!

After a 4 hr. train ride from Lucerne, we got to the top and were met by throngs of people. The view from the glacier was amazing as we had bright blue skies and no wind . Make sure to up to the Sphinx and get an over view of every thing. The way the train tracks were cut into the mountain and all the work to make Jungfraujoch what it is , is truly unbeivable.

We joined a train in Grindelwald, we the switch trains for our journey to the Top of Europe. The journey was amazing with the train travelling up steep climbs and bends to eventually travel through the mountain to arrive at the station which is inside the mountain close to the summit. Exiting the station you can visit the Sphinx view point, the Glacier, Alpine Sensation, Aletsch Glacier, Ice Palace and the main complex which houses the Lindt Swiss Chocolate Heaven. The views are amazing. We had a great meal in the restaurant.

You know the place is not cheap because (1) you are in Switzerland and (2) you are on top of a 3500-meter mountain. The food actually tastes not bad. Drinks at 5.90 Swiss Francs a bottle - but what can you do. The place is huge and it's fairly easy to find seats, even with the crowds that they have. The only thing is the lady at the check out chose the payment as USD (as opposed to Swiss Francs) for me. I would much rather prefer the latter because my credit card does not have foreign transaction fee and therefore would have paid about 3 USD less if the payment was in CHF. This is my first booking through Viator and I was really pleased. Our guide, Kid was hilarious. He is straight to the point about being on time rule and I really like that. Next he points out opportunities for good photo shoots while we were on the train by saying "get ur cameras out and hollers 1,2, 3 ok. He was good about it knowing that we all want to take good pics while traveling on the plane.And the experience that made this day more memorable was our guide named Kid, his love for taking pics of his group, families and individuals and air dropping it to us shows how much he wants us to have a good time.
