we tried the restaurant of this hotel for a dinner a few minutes drive from Bolzano. the quality of the local and food is very high, the average prices / high but adequate. recommended!

Nice hotel. Boutique feel. Breakfast was limited but tasty. We had dinner at the restaurant as well and ordered tomato spaghetti and risotto. Spaghetti was okayish, but risotto was good.

all simply perfect. refined but simple cuisine that aims more to the quality and flavors than to excessive processing. impeccable service and with a pleasant dose of informality, always present without ever being intrusive. We will definitely return, five stars deserved! Voir le carte

high quality restaurant. We had dinner times in a week. very kind staff, very nice local in particular. good wine and excellent meat. I don't just starve because in both nights I dined they asked me if they could offer me a coffee. a prosecco. I'm glad to have accepted. but both times I found myself in the account what they wanted to offer me. It will have been a disregard.

The décor of the restaurant is original, old school, unobtrusive, neither exaggerated nor overwhelming. Clean and tidy. Multilingual waiter service is at a very high level. No fussing, unnecessary comments, jokes, flirting or pushy suggestions. Our waiter- Carlos born in Peru was a true Master of Ceremony. All dishes were served at the right time and an adequate temperature. The starters and main dishes were looking great and simply delicious. The ratio of portion size- quality-price is absolutely acceptable.

Great little family run boutique hotel beside the Ega River in the small town of Cardano. Plenty of free parking directly outside with additional parking 50m down the road. Two historic150 yr old buildings sympathtically modernized. Really comfortable king size bed with 2 separate duvets, huge modern bathroom, 2 lovely bathrobes, spacious private, outdoor terrace with several seating areas. Good wifi, good air conditioning, good TV. Great restaurant for dinner and super advice from Moritz, the sommelier and son of the owner make dinner reservations in advance!! Great breakfast, lots of choices. Outdoor pool, lovely outdoor seating area, outdoor covered dining area. Fantastic hotel! Safe trav... Voir le carte
