"I must be honest, I generally do not have great expectations in restaurants when I visit places similar to foggy. often it is all appearance and managers aim to be able to count on a type of passing clientele and care if you are eventually happy or not of service. but this is not the case, this restaurant is really the exception. the environment is very well maintained yes, but the staff is also very attentive to satisfy the demands of the customers and to worry that everything can be of pleasure, both regarding food and service. all that they brought us was really great we were in three and we were fully satisfied. I would say that the price is at everyone's disposal, but it may vary subjectively according to the demands, but at the end the expenditure is still justified and it is difficult, in my opinion, to remain disappointed. If we return to Gubbio, we will definitely return to this restaurant."

"Si tratta di una specie di taverna, che però dispone di diversi tavolini sulla piazza del Palazzo Ducale, sicché il luogo risulta molto suggestivo. Tavolini e sedie sono in ferro battuto, privi di cuscini, e sono collocati sotto grandi ombrelloni. All'interno ci sono altri tavolini, in una saletta piccola, ma molto suggestiva, con pareti antiche in pietra. Il locale è specializzato in piatti al tartufo e quello che abbiamo provato era abbondante ed eccellente, nel sapore e nell'odore. Purtroppo non fanno primi, eccetto una lasagna bianca con salsiccia, funghi e tartufo, che ho mangiato e trovato squisita. C'è perfino la panna cotta al tartufo, seppure il sapore di quest'ultimo ne resta coperto. Il personale è semplice come il locale, ma gentile. I prezzi sono modici. In conclusione si tratta di un locale per intenditori, dove venire per degustare del buon tartufo."

"We were two couples dining early after a full day of touring, and the restaurant was almost empty at 7:30. We were seated at a large table. The decor is modern Italian.....white walls, black tables and chairs with chrome in irregular shapes. We skipped the primo and both couples ordered the Gubbio T-bone steak, plus Fondant potatoes and a roasted Onion. A couple of different tidbits were served to us as an amuse bouche. The steak was good.....medium rare and just over a kilo with bone for two people. It was sliced, and rearranged around the bone on a sizzling stone. Good taste, not super tender....probably grass fed. We had an interesting dessert with a few dabs and pieces of a variety of confections. Pretty good dinner, The steak for two was about 60 Euros."

"Bel ristorante a Gubbio, scoperto grazie a TheFork, con sala al piano inferiore accogliente, tranquilla e ben apparecchiata. Menù non ampio ma con piatti interessanti, realizzati con materie prime e ricette della zona. Non potevo non prendere la degustazione di tartufo (frittata, crostini e fonduta) seguita poi dalla tagliata di chianina al tartufo su fonduta di caciotta locale. Tutto buonissimo… Ottima anche la tagliata di chianina con funghi porcini su letto di radicchio e battuto di lardo aromatizzato. Servizio tranquillo ma attento e preciso. Prezzi più che onesti vista la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati nei piatti. Consigliatissimo!"

"You have to step down into the basement to enter All‘ Antico Frantoio. it is located in a cellar under a vaulted brick and stone ceiling. It is pretty large but was almost full on a Tuesday around lunch time, so reservations may be a...good idea if you want to go there at peak weekend times. The service was friendly and efficient. We tried the Frittata Tartufo which is essentially an egg omelette covered with small shavings of black truffle. The amount of truffle was rather limited and dressed up by adding pieces of dried mushrooms to make the truffle look larger but one could nevertheless smell the truffle odor. We also had the Cappelleri della Nonna which were essentially small tortellinis filled with mushrooms and meat and covered with a mushroom/meat tomato sauce. As mains we tried Tagliolini Cerajola and the Scaloppine al Marsala with a side of french fries. All dishes were good and came in an amble portions but were nothing special either as compared to other Italian restaurants in Italy. Nevertheless the place is recommended for a quick lunch while visiting Gubbio."
