"Finally we met Don Lay, one of the best Chinese restaurants in Madrid. an ideal place to visit a couple of couples to share everything and order several dishes from your extensive menu. Since you'll be looking forward to trying out more things, like we did. We started with the xia long bao of pork loin, tksangurro and chicken broth. and although very rich, it did not come to surprise us at all, with a price of something high. certain is that we cannot compare it to any other, so we want to make a new visit to try this extensive part of the dim sum letter. followed by a charcoal-filled eggplant, straightened with cilantro, garlic, soy sauce and vinegar; also for and this dish yes, a memorable dish. a completely new flavor for us, with a great power but very balanced. absolutely essential. We enjoy a lot! from the giozas , to the lacquered duck, the breathtaking bass of texture and cooking, the canelon of crisp lobster, the oak ear salad... maybe desserts the weakest. the service very good. There were a lot of staff out there at all times. I don't put any more stars because there were some wines missing in the letter and the wines had some prices shot.

the place is very nice and there is very good atmosphere. service is also very good. I loved pasta with Chinese vegetables, dim sums of spinach and lobsters, and wild rice and I was not so impressed by the eggplants and low loin with vegetables or chicken.
