Bucatini was too salty, Burrata was tasteless. Service was slow and sporadic. Staff was non attentive. We would not have dined here unless we stayed at the hotel. We were having dinner last night. During the entire dinner Andrea the chef passed by some tables, greeted them and even finished preparing a dish in front of the diners. We were not that lucky. I ignore our table. The pizza Andrea, who we saw how at a table he himself broke the yolk of the egg and spread it, neither he nor anyone else did the same to us. This restaurant is not up to par with the emblematic place Finca Cortesin. In general, we saw a service of tired waiters and chefs (including the general chef), with no desire, no order of orders and reservations, and of course, no vocation to service. We noticed in the environment when we arrived that this is something common. The food left a little to be desired and of course, not at all justified by the price. Needless to say, the place is very beautiful, both in decoration and where it is located. Much worse than we expected.

Good experience overall, we usually go every year. Magnificent atmosphere, in a privileged environment. Live music. If we talk about food, perhaps the carbonara was not as melty as it could be and the Rigatoni alla Norma had grated cheese on top when it was not specified on the menu (my wife asked for it because she was pregnant and did not feel comfortable eating them, it was the only option without cheese). Regarding the price of drinks (water), no comments. I have no problems with the average price of the ticket, but looking for it this way is tacky.
