I made a reservation through the hotel’s website a week in advance for a birthday celebration, but when we arrived, they could not find our booking. They blamed it on an internet issue, but I believe they should have taken temporary measures to prevent this. The service was slow and lacking, although the food was great. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

They attributed the issue to a lack of internet, but I believe temporary arrangements should have been in place to avoid such problems. Additionally, they blamed OpenTable for the mix-up. The service was slow and unsatisfactory, although I must say the chef was excellent. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
