Extraordinarily high-quality food with extremely friendly and competent staff. Portions usually very large. The best way to bring your own can is to have a meal for the next day. Otherwise there's too much polystyrene waste.

Der Empfang war etwas chaotisch. Die Bedienung sehr kaltherzig. Kein auf Wiedersehen, und ob es geschmeckt hat, hat auch keinen interessiert. Recht lautes Ambiente. Aber: Das Essen war grandios! Perfekter Wiener Zwiebelrostbraten und Schweinesteak mit perfekt geschmorten Kartoffeln und reichlich Zwiebeln. Das Fleisch war auf den Punkt genau und zart. Das Schweineschnitzel war dagegen eher Standard. Trotz schon an der Unfreundlichkeit grenzendem Service, rechtfertigt das toll zubereitete Essen 4Sterne. An Ambiente und insbesondere am Service besteht allerdings Nachholbedarf!

We were genuinely impressed with this eatery. Being attached to a swimming pool, I wasn't expecting too much, but the service and the appearance of the food as well as the quality of the food was excellent. The other meals that other diners had also...looked very good. We hand an excellent kinder schnitzel for our son, which all looked very fresh, and a soup and a salad. The soup was very well presented with a drizzle of oil and cress and carrot shards. The goats cheese salad was excellent with lots of fresh leaves, onion, carrots, tomato, chilli etc. I wouldn't have chosen to go to a restaurant next to a swimming pool, but I would definitely go there again.

Great unexpected discovery in Ruhpolding... a rather unusual environment next to a swimming pool center, but not being abandoned by this! The waiters and waiters were very helpful and attentive and the food was some of the best we ate while in Bavaria!...so good that... we went back a second time! The first visit I had on the day was a Bavarian dish with mushrooms in engraving and bread dumplings and my husband had the turkey escalope with vegetables. During the second visit I had the goulash soup and my husband had the turkey curry, all dishes were really well cooked and had good portions dignity this restaurant recommended to anyone who visited ruhpolding much better than many of the touri...
