Curry sauce in chicken curry smelled and tasted so bad I had to bin it. Staff very young and not friendly.

I would say if they were hunger only used if hunger does not think somewhere in fort william, makes big takaway eat. this place is not great.

During my time working here, I was verbally harassed by the chef, given NO break on a 5 hour shift and Extremely underpaid to the tune of £4.50 per hour. Voir le carte

Burnt rice for fried rice. When I call back to complain they put down the phone and then cut the call when tried again. Extremely horrible service. As a strong supporter of local businesses and shops this is a disgrace for Fort William area. Burnt rice pics attached

We were recommended this place for a great Chinese takeaway, and we decided to try a variety of dishes that were a bit different from our usual choices. We were really impressed! The service was reasonably quick, and the quality and flavor of the food were excellent.

I have heard vile things about the stores hygiene, and my food was evidence to that. My chicken was cold and the inside was awfully pink, the store also had a rotten smell when I entered. After finishing my meal I was left with a sore stomach for days. The staff were also too young, they lacked the communication to provide a pleasant experience when ordering, they also looked tired which I’m not surprised as I have heard they don’t get breaks. Highly recommended! There is parking available, which is a plus. A friendly Malaysian lady welcomed us at the entrance, and while she was straightforward, her warmth was appreciated. The food was fantastic—full of incredible flavors that stood out compared to the more subdued tastes typically found in Indian and British cuisine. I would definitely return if the opportunity arises. Overall, it was a great experience and well worth the price. We were served quickly, in about 20 minutes, which was impressive.

My biggest concern, however, was with the staff. They appeared tired and unhappy, and my daughter heard from a friend that they don’t get breaks during their five-hour shifts. The staff were unfriendly and looked very young, almost like they were just 12 or 14 years old. I also found it strange to visit on a Thursday at 8:30 PM, especially since it seems children shouldn't be working past 7:30 PM on a school night. Overall, the food was mediocre at best, and the treatment of the staff raised serious concerns.

As a longtime customer of over 20 years, I will never return to this restaurant. My card machine wasn’t working during my visit, and when I mentioned I could pay via transfer, the staff responded with confusion and said they only accepted cash. I was frustrated because I usually pay electronically. It seems they are unwilling to accommodate their customers, and as a result, neither I nor my family will be spending any more money there. This experience reflects a complete disregard for customer service. It’s a shame, as I used to enjoy supporting local businesses. Voir le carte
